At Home Workout E-Book
We believe in tried and trued methods of fitness. Lifting weights, getting your heart rate up and sticking to what works. The most effective workouts are those that get done. That's why we created these at home/travel workouts for those of us that are on the go, busy parents, shift workers, travelers, or if you just don't feel like going to a gym.
You'll need minimal equipment(dumbbells & a stretch band) or just your bodyweight. There are 15 workouts to choose from in 3 different categories(strength, bodyweight, & conditioning) and are accessible to any level of fitness. Workouts can be repeated, done at home, in a park or hotel room and we encourage you to help spread the message and send the link to anyone and everyone.
